Policies and procedures
A safe and orderly learning environment is built on a foundation of clear expectations. Every student at Pioneer receives a Student Planner which contains information about key school policies and procedures. These policies and procedures are explained clearly to students through Care Meetings, year level parades and in iLessons. All students are expected to have their Student Planner with them every lesson - it is an important tool not only for recording homework and upcoming events, but for accessing information about important policies and procedures.
For further information please view and download an electronic copy of the Students Policies and Procedures.pdf from our most recent Student Planner. This is a useful resource for all parents and for prospective students.
The information available through the link above includes:
lesson times and assemblies
student leaders and key school staff
the school's code of conduct and behaviour expectations
the school's attendance policy and expectations
the school's uniform code and expectations for daily appearance
the responsible use of technology at school
