Pioneer is committed to excellence in teaching. Our school is currently implementing a school-wide pedagogical framework. This framework provides a clear, consistent and evidence-based approach to teaching and learning.

Pioneer's framework synthesises a range of research-based approaches, including Explicit Instruction, Marzano's Art and Science of Teaching, and aspects of Dimensions of Learning, particularly Dimension 1 (Attitudes and Perceptions) and Dimension 2 (Habits of Mind).
